Youth 2 Youth Middle School Conference

We just had a successful conference on March 12, 2011 and we attracted 350 middle school students throughout the San Ramon Valley and Castro Valley area. We had nearly 75 youth staffers (high school students) and 14 A-Teamer's (college students).

If you like this year's conference, then we know you will want to save the date for next years.  If you are currently in the 8th grade then you will want to apply for youth staff. We will notify you in December/January of the opportunity.

Saturday, March 10, 2012 Location TBD

Thank your for your interest in the Youth to Youth conference held on Saturday, March 12th. As of 3/7 @ 9:00 P.M., we are near our capacity of 350 and have closed down our pre-registration process.

We do have a limited number of spots available on a walk-in basis. Walk-ins will be handled on March 12th on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 7:45 AM  at Cal High.

*  If you are pre-registered (paid and paperwork complete) check-in starts at 8:00 A.M, no earlier.

*  For those who have registered online and have not turned in the health form and/or payment for the appropriate amount, you must do that no later than Wed, March 9th....no exceptions!

ALL late forms must be hand delivered to the appropriate address below by March 9th:

For CVUSD Students: Place in Traci Cross mailbox @ Canyon Middle School

For SRVUSD Students: Drop off your paperwork to Kim Gallagher at 3433 Canfield Dr, Danville

If we do not hear from you by March 9th, we will remove your child's spot from the conference.

Transporation for Castro Valley Students

Buses will leave Canyon Middle School at 7:30 AM SHARP on Saturday, March 12th for those students who are pre-registered (no walk ins). There will be two school buses which will take the students directly to the conference. We expect to take 100 participants so once the buses are filled we will depart.

Please arrive early and make sure that you have a spot on the bus! If you choose to take your child to the conference on your own that is completely fine.

It is your responsibility to pick your child up at the end of the night from the conference location in San Ramon. California High School, San Ramon. The conference ends at 10PM.
